Recruiting Tips In Network Marketing

By: Charles Godbout

Networking marketing is about selling and recruiting to be successful at it. More emphasis is given on building your network than in selling. Prospecting is a process by which you find the right people who will listen to you talk about your business.

The purpose of prospecting is either to make them a constant client, and regularly buy products from you, or to convince them to register and become your down line member. Either way, you need to have your plan on how to indulge them.
Know that time is precious, so be particular of it. There are four elements to be effective in prospecting.

1. Finding the right individuals. With the use of simple and different tactics, you can find people who will be interested in your products and in your pay plan. Finding people is not hard to do when you have the resources and the right tools.

When you know your product well, you are confident on which kind of people to find. You can start from your friends, family, acquaintances, neighbors and officemates, if you are working. Know which specific product will sell to a certain individual.

If you cannot find a recruit from them, they can be a good source for referrals.Referrals are a strong method to build your network marketing plan particularly if the ones who gave the referral are highly respectable, honorable or whom they have debt of gratitude. Many successful network marketers find the referrals system to yield 90% positive results.

2. Introduce your products. You do not need a formal presentation to promote your product. You just need the right approach to invoke their curiosity, which can also lead to immediate action of buying. If you are having lunch or coffee with colleagues or friends, you can broach your product to be a topic.

You can also send e-mail, make a telephone call, or engage in online chat with prospects. Again, they may not always be the ones who will buy your products, however, for sure, they may know of a person who will.

3. Sort and Sift. In prospecting, you need to find the right individuals for different categories. Prepare a list of names of people whom you believe are interested in purchasing products without becoming a member, becoming a member to avail discount prices of products that interest them, and becoming a member and interested in building his own network.

Devote a time for each of your list. Set your priorities. If you think you need down line to boost your network marketing business, then focus on finding recruits who will eventually become productive, and helpful to your goals.

4. Make a follow up. It means to follow through. In network marketing system, you need to be persistent in a nice manner. If the individual is a potential down line member, always stay connected with him until he is ready to engage in network marketing as well. This means that you need to be patient, resourceful and updated.
